He has more than 15 years of experience in business development and administration, along with several years of exposure in the Private Equity and Venture Capital (PEVC) sector. His expertise includes strategic planning, operational management, business expansion, and organizational development. He has been actively involved in driving business growth and strengthening operational efficiency across various sectors.

Sudarshan Joshi is an Advocate with an LL.M. specialization in Commercial and Criminal Law and more than 11 years of litigation practice. He has expertise in PEVC compliance, legal due diligence, commercial contracts, tax and labour law, investment-related legal matters, and corporate legal advisory. He has served as legal adviser to local governments, cooperatives, hospitals, NGOs, and private institutions, and is also active as a legal awareness trainer and legal curriculum resource person.
