As a Civil Engineer with Master degree in Business Administration, he holds a distinct persona in the corporate fraternity and has over 20 years of professional experience in the Financial Service Industry. Currently he is serving as the CEO of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited.
Vijay Bahadur Shah

Mr. Shah is a visionary leader and a true performer. He has served as a CEO of Nepal Insurance and NLG Insurance. He has gained valuable experience of more than 2 decades of working in some of the leading organizations of Nepal like Surya Nepal, Gorkha Brewery, Nepal Trust for Nature Conservation, National Investment and Capital Market etc. and has provided valuable services as the past President of Nepal Insurers Association. Currently, he is serving as the CEO of Himalayan General Insurance Limited.

Srijana Joshi

Ms. Srijana Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. She has served two terms as Chairperson of a microfinance institution, where she guided strategic initiatives, strengthened governance practices, and supported institutional growth. With around a decade of experience in banking, she has held leadership roles as a department head across multiple departments. In addition, she is actively involved in strategic management and business development for an investment company and an Internet Service Provider (ISP). She holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Studies (MBS), and is an active participant in Nepal’s capital market.
